Manmohan Singh, prime minister of India will be the chief guest in a function that will be held on the occasion of Education Day.
Koichiro Matsuura will also be present in the function as guest of honor. He is UNESCO’s Director General. Indian Govt. is celebrating 11th Nov as the National Educational Day since 2008. Organizations all over the country will organize various programs.
