FBI Got 60 Days From US Court, for Indictment Filing

Alleged terrorist David Coleman Headley aged 49 had visited 5 Indian cities. Sources told that last month in Chicago he was arrested by FBI; he travelled to Delhi, Lucknow, Agra & Ahmedabad.

Investigators got to know, he stayed there, from 2006-09. Sources told that in other cities Headley had done important installations& he did recce of National Defence College too. [smartads] He was arrested as he allegedly started a conspiracy with LeT for carrying strikes in US& outside too. Investigators told that at LeT’s behest major terror strike in India, was also being planned by Headley.

Not only this, he was also organising recruitment of cadres for Pak-based terror group Lashker-e-Taiba, & would send them to a Gulf country with the aid of his immigration business which he had set up in Mumbai. Headley has been arrested with Tahawwur Hussain Rana. So, FBI has been given ultimatum of sixty days by Chicago Court for completing the investigations against Headley. Chief Judge James F Holderman has given extension till Jan. 1, 2010 for filing the indictment.
