A committee has made by NCW (National Commission for Women) for the investigation on the case of Air India airhostess. Today it gave report on the case of Komal Singh who is the airhostess of Air India. It said to NCW in its report that the charges of sexual harassment by Komal Singh was not found to be true.
Komal Singh filed his complaint to NCW on 5th October. Then she filed her complaint in written. She charged that on 3rd Oct. the captain at Flight was mistreated her. The flight IC 884 was from Sharjah to New Delhi.
Before some days committee said to give some more time for inquiry for final report. Today it has submitted its final report to the NCW.
The Chairperson of National Commission for Women, Girija Vyas said that we will try to give justice to Komal. In addition she said we will set up effective strategies for safety, defense and self-respect of air hostesses that will be given to all airlines.

I sympathize with Komal Singh for what she has to go through. Demonstration of aggression and brinkmanship is part of the everyday politics at many workplaces in India.
If not sexual harassment, Komal definitely is a victim of this difficult to handle workplace environment.
I think if there was some scuffle in cockpit, then it was a huge aircraft safety concern, and all crew members involved in that should be punished.
