Demonstration of aggression and brinkmanship is part of the everyday politics at many workplaces in India. If not sexual harassment, Komal definitely is a victim of this difficult to handle workplace environment. I think if there was some scuffle in cockpit, then it was a huge aircraft safety concern, and all crew members involved in that should be punished.
