At the time when Headley was arrested by Federal agents & was taken at a flight for Philadelphia, he was shocked by his thoughts. Even though cod language was used by he & his partners still their communication was able to open widely.
The references to “projects” (targets), business and action” (strikes), “doctor” (Rana or Kashmiri),”marriage” and “heart attack” (death of a militant), & more advanced Islamic terms was used.
