Last year Mumbai was shrilled with terror attacks on 26/11. After this attack we have a question on our country’s security. It shows the loopholes in our security. Even now is our govt. being efficient to tackle such type of attacks? What about those promises of govt. about the safety of India? How it is possible that govt. is completely unaware about these terror attacks!

Naxalism has become a big challenge in front of us. A survey is conducted by NDTV about the changes in India’s security in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Patna & Nagpur.

On the question of improvement in security, 57% respondents said that security changes are better in compare to the attack time in Mumbai. 27% said that there is no any change in security condition. 10% said that we are not seeing any difference between that time and now. 6% were unable to decide. On the question of threat in India, 53% respondents said that Pakistan is the major hazard to the India, 17% concerned China as threat and 28% believe that both nations as equivalent to threat.

On the question of making peace dialogue with Pak 52% respondents said Yes to peace dialogue & 41% said No.
