David Coleman Headley’s actual visa application form has been retrieved. He was charged with Mumbai attack’s conspiracy. His visa application form is retrieved with attached documents from Indian Consulate’s (Chicago) record room. [smartads]

48 year old David Headley is a Chicago resident & FBI arrested him in October. He had made quite a lot of trips to India to obtain videos & pictures of terrorist aim in Mumbai at the request of LeT. Pakistani- Canadian Tahawwur Hussein Rana who is 49 year old was his school friend, he was also charged with similar kind of crime.

His documents weren’t noticeable until now from the heap of all the visa documents dumped in the Indian Consulate record room which is in Chicago.

Sources told that original documents are being delivered to India.

His visa application was dated June 30, 2006. David was consequently given business visa for 1year. Even his visa was renewed for 5 years in year 2007. These documents are retrieved yesterday.

After FBI arrested, Indian Government nullified David’s visa.
