Hollywood celebrity Tom Cruise is being prosecuted for USD 5 million by a editor of a magazine above claim that the actor engaged a confidential detective to trap his phone.

Documents says that filed at Los Angeles’ County High Court, Michael Davis Sapir states that Anthony Pellicano tapped his phone on the instructions of his customer, Tom Cruise, celebrity. [smartads]

It is not the 1st time Sapir & Cruise have arise opposing one other in court. In 2001, the celebrity files a suit for Sapir after he suspected to have video proofs that the celeb was in the relationship of gay.

They developed out of court that similar year & both explained that the tape in no way survives. Whereas Sapir is now trying to get USD 5 million in indemnity over the claims of prohibited wiretapping.
