On Thursday, cinema complex owners had told that they were uncured on the releasing of MNIK. They said that we were evaluated the security arrangements frequently.
A Fun Cinema officer said that releasing of the movie at this stage is risky. Our customers will not want to come to see the film as there will be police guards and Shiv Sena activists in front of cinema complexes.
CM Ashok Chavan ensured that we will try our best to give full security to the theatre owners for MNIK screening. He said that the cinema owners must release the movie. But there is no taker for this assurance. Not in Mumbai, Not in Shiv Sena’s home city and not anywhere else in the state.
