Today after a gap of fourteen months, India’s Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao and Pakistan’s Foreign Secretary Salman Bashir met with an aim of ending the ruthlessness in the relations due to Mumbai attacks. The meeting was taken place at Hyderbad House.

Before getting into the talks at, Nirupama Rao said, “We welcome the Foreign Secretary of Pak Salman Bashir and I look ahead to our talks”. [smartads]

Pakistan Foreign Secretary Bashir said, “…It is a pleasure to me to be return here. We are also looking ahead to a very good, beneficial engagement”.

At the talks, India was located to raise concerns over persistent terrorism start from Pak and push it to end this curse which was hindering normalization of ties.
