On Friday during presentation of Budget it happened first time that the opposition started to protest in Lok Sabha against the finance minister for his move to raise excise duty of Rs. 1/L on petrol and diesel.

Sushma Swaraj the opposition leader said “BJP stages walkout for protesting against “Pranab Mukherjee’s budget i.e inflationary budget”.

A joint agitation will be started by Laloo Prasad and Mulayam Singh against the move. [smartads]

Gurudas Das Gupta – the CPI leader said that “We are in total opposition of Pranab Mukherjee’s Budget”.
