On Friday, IPS officer Anju Gupta faced the judicial Magistrate, Gulab Singh in CBI court. She was the 9th witness of the criminal case. Before it, 8 other witness has appeared for case (no. 2252/06). Inspector Hanuman Prasad was also among those witnesses. He confirmed the FIR, which was filed on 6th Dec, 1992. The other persons who witnessed the case are a priest from Ayodhya, Rajendra Kumar Swamy, Ram Bahudur Mishra and Jitender Kumar Mishra, two sub-inspectors, Avdesh Upadhyaya & a CRPF commander (now retired).

The well-repudiated officer, Ms Gupta who was thrown out of the case , recalled that on 5th Dec, 1992, Inspector-General of Faizabad Zone, A.K. Sharan, had organize a security assessment meeting, based on intellectual inputs & he warned that an attempt can be made on the day that falls after the demolishment of  Babri Masjid.

Ms Gupta confirmed that at the time of demolition, the officials who were presented on the Ram Katha Kunj Manch was frequently insisting on that karsevaks should not leave the complex, because he is very much needed for the completion of the work. Ms Gupta recalls & said that the 1st dome was fall at 2:15 p.m, & the last dome was fell down at 4:30 p.m.

Ms Gupta further added that everyone was extremely happy for the demolition of the Babri Mazjid & the joy could easily be seen when Uma Bharti and Sadhvi Ritambhara hugged each other & even L.K. Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi was also appearing  in the joyful mood. The time when the dome was fallen down the whole atmosphere was echoed with bhajans & patriotic slogans.

Acharya Dharmendra said that the falling domes are representing the kalank (shame) of the Hindus, & in its support Sadhvi Rithambara speaking the words of “Ek dhakka aur do, Babri Masjid tod do”.
