KOLKATA: The Kolkata Knight Riders will leave no stone unturned to make hay of home crowd. They are all set to put in order their fluctuating graph of performance.

Five out of seven matches lined up for KKR will be played on their home grounds. The first will began on Thursday. Kolkata whose graph is at a downward turn with Four losses from seven matches, is hoping to win all matches on its home ground.  KKR vd DC Live Score below.

For a quick refresh, the Knight Riders begin their campaign with a loud band, winning against the last season’s runner-up the Royal Challengers of Bangalore but unfortunately things took a fatal turn three subsequent defeats . Later, the already off- colour Kings XI Punjab propelled them by providing them a desperate win.

Ganguly is now looking for the reinforcement of the domestic players to shine victoriously on the home grounds since depending too much on the Aussie all rounder David Hussey and Gayle could be proved as a blunder as both are out of their familiar form and performing below their level. The domestic players like Mandeep Singh and Wriddhiman Saha are being considered as the fresh impetus for their vehicle of victory.

The time of excuses is over as the depressed Shahrukh khan has made it very clear to all the Knight Riders.

“This loss was about toss… The last hitch because of the pitch… Time for excuses is over. Either we play better or keep being deserving losers… I am disappointed and will try and sleep this disappointment off. Hope the team introspects and comes back strong. Professionals can do that,” exclaimed the dejected Shahrukh Khan

Knight riders’ morale would be high against the opponent Deccans as they already have a win against them in their first match. But still Chaminda Vaas and Rudra Pratap Singh can be dangerous for KKK’s weak and inconsistent batting line.

“Look, the morale isn’t down. It’s my job to ensure that doesn’t happen. I’ve been doing what I need to,” Knight Riders coach Dav Whatmore has said.

Ganguly too had conveyed his views by saying, “After the first two matches people were going gaga over us; they even went to the extent of stating that we are a different side this season. The same people are airing completely different views after our three straight losses.”

The Deccans too have a basket full of power puff eggs. They have a strong batting line having enigmatic batsmen like Adam Gilchrist, Andrew Symonds, Herschelle Gibbs and Rohit Sharma and they all would be eying for a win after losing to Rajasthan Royals and Mumbai Indians in the preceding matches.
