One of the 3 idiots, R Madhavan’s five-year-old son Vedaant is ready to walk on his father’s footsteps. His acting debut is coming on the small screen.

Both, father and son will be seen together on screen for the first time. They are doing it for a social cause commercial. Its details are not revealed at the moment and kept under wraps. The ad is still in shooting phase.

A source close to Madhavan said “This being Vedaant’s first stint in television Maddy is very proud of him. The boy has great potential and is a lot like Madhavan”. [smartads]

R Madhavan has worked in the movie 3 Idiots with Bollywood’s perfectionist Aamir Khan and recently worked with Amitabh Bachchan in Bollywood movie ‘Teen Patti’.
