Ajmal Kasab said a major segment in his confession and accepted by the 26/11 court. In the confession of convicted terrorist Kasab talked about the participation of Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Tayeba and the defense apparatus of the neighboring nation in the diabolic attacks.

Judge M L Tahaliyani said “I have accepted most part of the confession and also held that it was voluntarily given by Kasab and not given under duress as claimed by him” on Monday.

Magistrate Sawant Waghule had explained well that Kasab’s confession for Mumbai attack can prove against himself in the custody and also provided him 72 hrs to reconsider his decision to confess willingly, the judge stated.
