So, the famous Television star will enjoy one more month of freedom. The accused was well in time for his hearing, but the prosecutor did the job. The prosecutor was absent, and thus delaying the hearing till the next month.

The prosecutor said, ‘We need more time than is available for us to complete some of the finer points [of the plea deal].’ The prosecutor further added, ‘It hit a snag,’ but didn’t give any explanations.

The actor is accused for beating his wife, Brooke Mueller on the Christmas Eve. He put the knife to her neck. Later, the actor had to spend most of his day in the jail after being arrested on the grounds of domestic violence.

Now, the actor is expected to be sentence for a month of jail. During the tenure, he’ll be allowed to go out of the jail during the day time, but will be required to spend the night behind the bars.
