The new rupee symbol is already making news. So, now the question is how to we practically use it in our lives.
Here is the good news. Foradian Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has come up with a font named Rupee_Foradian which can be easily typed using a specific key in your computer.
Unni Koroth, the CEO of this Mangalore-based company said that they first did a vector image of this new Rupee symbol and then associated the “grave accent” sign with it to arruve at the final results.
The font, Rupee_Foradian, which is readily obtainable from the blog of this enterprise or http://www.dailylatestnews.com/26410 was downloaded as many as 1,100 times just in an hour following the launch of the trial variant.

I’m not real happy with this buy. It has difficulty awakening up from ‘sleeping’. It runs into a cycle of trying to turn on, then off–over and over again, and you can only get it out by holding the power key down for a moment and restarting everything. Not favorable. I’ve been on the phone with HP for the last 4 days trying to fix it–still not repaired. Additionally–the mike is not operating, even with HP tech attempting to get it turned on. The speakers are awful quality, as well.
