Babri Masjid Verdict
The verdict of Ramjanmabhoomi – Babri Masjid title suit has been declared. The claim of Sunni Central Waqf Board has been defeated by 2-1 in the favour of Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha for the entitlement of the 2.7 acres land where the Babri Masjid stood before demolition. The lawyers claimed that the land is the rightful birth place of Sri Ram and the idol of Sri Ramlala cannot be removed from this place.

Babri Masjid Verdict
The Ayodhya case verdict has been deferred by a week by the Supreme Court which shall hear the case on Wednesday, 29th September. The change is in response to a petition filed by ex-bureaucrat Ramesh Chand Tripathi asking for deferment to opt for mediation between the aggrieved parties to find a solution for one most sensitive issues in Indian history.

It seems that everybody intends peace and tranquility and no more violence in the name of Ayodhya-Babri issue which has been looming over the Hindu and the Muslim communities for a long time. The recent development came when the famous All India Muslim Personal Law Board announced that all the whole community should refrain from any celebrations or protest attempt after the Allahabad High Court judgment is released on the coming 24 of this month.

The Babri Masjid and the Ram Janambhoomi issue has come up with a new development where the decision to move forward with the final verdict by the Allahabad high court’s Lucknow bench has been happily accepted by VHP and the RSS but this might not be too welcomed by the BJP party rather it would not be wrong to say that it might look suspicious in the event of the pass off for the forthcoming elections in the state of Bihar.

On Friday, IPS officer Anju Gupta faced the judicial Magistrate, Gulab Singh in CBI court. She was the 9th witness of the criminal case. Before it, 8 other witness has appeared for case (no. 2252/06). Inspector Hanuman Prasad was also among those witnesses. He confirmed the FIR, which was filed on 6th Dec, 1992. The other persons who witnessed the case are a priest from Ayodhya, Rajendra Kumar Swamy, Ram Bahudur Mishra and Jitender Kumar Mishra, two sub-inspectors, Avdesh Upadhyaya & a CRPF commander (now retired).
