The murdered Delhi teen Arushi’s dentist father was ambushed and stabbed in Ghaziabad on Tuesday by a young man identified as Utsav Sharma who had also attacked Ruchika case accused SPS Rathore in Chandigarh last year.

In 8th Feb 2010, in Chandigarh a young man (Utsav Sharma) stabbed to SPS Rathore-previous Police Chief of Haryana. The incident was taken place outside a sessions court in Sec-17, district court complex, Chandigarh.
